Agile Enterprise Architecture Methodology

The concerns regarding applying TOGAF® framework are, it is heavy, complex, time and effort consuming. At AEA(Association of Enterprise Architects) Michigan Chapter, the members of Agile Enterprise Architecture Work group did a research to come up with a methodology to make TOGAF® more agile, so that Architecture can be developed faster , cost effective without compromising the quality. In this presentation, Suresh Done, Chairman of AEA Michigan Chapter will present the findings of this research on how Enterprise Architecture can be done in a more agile manner and how to customize TOGAF® to make it more agile.

Suresh Done, Founder and President, SNA Technologies Inc., US. Suresh Done has more than 22 years of experience in IT and Engineering. Suresh is a TOGAF® 9 certified Enterprise Architect, TOGAF® Evangelist and practitioner. Suresh is a registered TOGAF® certification trainer. Suresh had provided TOGAF™ training and certified several Enterprise Architects and IT professionals across the world. He has provided Enterprise Architecture consulting services to major companies in Automotive, Health and Retail Industries.

Suresh Done is the Co-Founder of AOGEA Michigan Chapter ( http://aogea-michigan.org) and Chairman since its inception. He led the chapter to a great success with his vision and leadership skills. AOGEA Michigan chapter very soon became the largest chapter of all the AOGEA chapters.
