Doing EA better - EA Best Practice Development Workshop

We will explore and identify more fully the content of a program to develop a best practice, benchmarking based assessment of Enterprise Architecture management and process maturity that enables organizations to identify and execute improvements that deliver real business value.
During the workshop a preliminary EA Assessment, Improvement, and Best Practice straw man framework will be presented. As a participant you will have the opportunity to ask questions, make comments and generally influence the development of the framework with your requirements and experience through a series of round table discussion sessions.
