Fee Notes
The affiliate/partner rate applies to affiliate members and co-promotional partners. Ask your organization for your Promotion Code and enter it when you register.
You will need to produce valid government ID upon registration at the meeting in order to be eligible for this rate.
The Open Group members are entitled to a member rate, and may attend member work meetings in the forums of which they are members. Certification does NOT entitle you to membership privileges.
General Notes
- You will be charged in the currency that you choose when registering.
- Membership of The Open Group entitles members to also attend member meetings of their respective forums.
- Members or non-members may attend other forum meetings if invited by the chair or director of that forum

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted by email and sent to registration@opengroup.org. Cancellation by any other means will not be effective. In the event of cancellation more than 7 days prior to the event, an administration fee of 5% will be charged. No refund will be available in the event of cancellation 7 days or less prior to the event.
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time without payment of an administration fee prior to the start of the event.
