Plato Glossary

Title The Title field is used as the primary display value in the summary pages, and as such should give a short but usable idea as to what the item concerns. It is displayed as a link, and following it will display the detailed information about the item
Description The Description field provides a longer text area in which information about an item may be stored.
Category Category is an extensible set which is used to group items according to their types. A small set of predefined values is provided.
Visibility Visibility is a fixed set of values which define different levels of access to an item. The number of different options will depend on the way in which the site has been configured. The default value will be the most restrictive value, with subsequent values being less restrictive until a value of Public (if available) is reached, which allows access to users who are not logged in. If there are no Read Only Access levels available, then this option is suppressed completely
Status Status is an extensible set which may be added to as required. If no suitable status description exists in the drop-down list, simply add a new one in the box below.
