  Sophocles Mail Manager FAQ -- "Update User"    

This FAQ is to help explain the Update User feature within the Sophocles Mail Manager .

What is Update User for ?
Update User is a List Maintainer feature that allows user information to be updated.
How do I access the Update User function ?
Select the User Name from any screen displaying a link containing the name of the person. An entry screen similar to that of the Create User Function is presented to the maintainer to allow an update of Email Address, Alias, First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Phone Number, and Mobile Number.
How do I find a user ?
Use the Search screen.
