They assumed the use of tools, directory locations, etc. that are unique to that distributor's product. This puts every other applicant at a disadvantage, making this an unequal certification process. (BTW: *ALL* of the Gov't supplied validation procedures suffer from the same complaint in one form or another.) Action: The question should be removed until the GOTS code is portable.
