This is the public home page for The Open Group's Grid Enterprise Services Forum. Its name was changed in late 2003 from COE Forum to Grid Enterprise Services Forum, to reflect the Forum's increased focus on providing industry guidance to the various US Department of Defense agencies in shaping the delivery of Network Centric services and products.

The Forum also defines and manages The Open Group's independent COE Platform Certification program. This program is intended to replace the COE KPC program formerly offered by the Defense Information Systems Agency.
