Transition Mechanism document that Jim Bound put together for his work with various organizations as IPv6 Forum SME. He used this to work with GSMA Mobile Operators and recently Australian Defense Organization for which he participated in complete IPv6 Transition plan document with on Ball Solutions group and other SMEs. He am trying to get that plan for ADO released for select distribution now for some persons in DISA currently. Both of these entities require the use of IPv6 Dominant network view, and it is not just a DoD view at all, and requirement.
