Authorized Conformance Statements

When submitting a Conformance Statement for certification, only a currently authorized version of the Conformance Statement may be used. Currently authorized versions comprise the Current Versions and any Previous Version that is still valid. Previous versions will be valid for use in certification up to the Expiry date. Versions other than a currently authorized version will not be accepted for certification.

You are required to submit a completed template in html format. To save a copy for editing right-click the mouse over the appropriate CSQ link and use the "Save Link as" or "Save to Disk" functions of your browser

CHANGEOVER POLICY

When a new version of the Conformance Statement is made available, the prior version will continue to be acceptable for submission for certification for 3 months. After this time, all users must switch to the current version.
