1. Agenda bashing.
   Vish discussing manual pages.
   Compliance testing.
   Reference implementation.

2. Manual Pages

   dme to send out a list and get a template from the Open Group.  We
   will then divide the pages between the group and complete them.

3. Compliance Testing

   Everyone thinks that this is a good idea.  No other significant
   comment.

4. Reference Implementation

   No offers currently available to produce a reference
   implementation, but general agreement that it would be useful.

5. Juliana's issues

   * errno for no event queue.
     Don't like EDEADLNK - it's not obvious why it's used.

     No strong opinions on an alternative.  dme to find out if the
     Austin Group has any recommendation, if so we will follow it.
     If not we will argue again.

   * version checking.
     Add a new function to initialise the API, including indicating
     the applications preferred version.

     exs_init() is required once per-process, can be called multiple
     times, but attempts to change the version number will cause a
     failure.
     
     As a result, the qcreate() function will no longer require a
     version parameter.

6. sigevent_t (Jeremy)

   Not defined by POSIX, replace with struct sigevent.
