   Would it be useful to have a face to face meeting ?

   Vish: f2f before vote ?  in order to vote ?
   Satya: issues remaining:
   	  - event queue inheritance,
	  - MSG_WAITALL.
   First of these is significant concern.
   Second has a proposed solution in the 2.4 document.

   General agreement that in the current climate it is not necessary
   to meet face to face right now.

   dme: send out a glued together document.
   dme: include a list of phase 2 issues.

   Schedule going forward:
   * one week discussing glued together document.
   * two weeks to vote.
   * consider the result of the vote in light of the charter.
   * strike out the week 1-5 July (US holiday).
   * 15th July to the SC.

   Satya: is SDP important here ?
   Discussion around this, general consensus that people should check
   the SDP specification for conflict with our current proposals,
   though none arose during the debate.

5. ITWG/SWG overlap issues voiced by Mark Whittle.
   Everyone to review the materials forwarded by Mark Whittle.  We
