Certification Fee Schedule For Direct Certification
(effective January 28, 2008)


The fees described below are quoted net of all applicable taxes and duties which, where appropriate, will be payable by the Candidate to the Certification Authority (or to the relevant tax authorities as applicable).

Description Fees Payable (US $) Payment Due
Certification Fee
(per Candidate for a 3-year certification period)		 $ 1,250 Upon application for certification.
Annual Fee for program participation
(per Certified IT Specialist)		 $ 175 per year Upon each anniversary of certification.
Re-certification Fee
(per Certified IT Specialist for a further 3-year period)		 $ 625 Upon application for re-certification. Includes 1 year of program participation.

Notes

Initial certification is for a period of 3 years, with re-certification available for additional 3 year periods. During the certification period, annual program participation fees apply.

Fees Payable

Fees are payable in US dollars by credit card at the time of registration for certification.

Fees are not refundable.

The Open Group reserves the right to change this Fee Schedule without notice.
