FACE™ (Future Airborne Capability Environment): Conformance Authorities Plan, Version 1.3

The purpose of the FACE Conformance Authorities Plan is to define the process for establishing and maintaining the organizational entities for the FACE Conformance Program. These organizational entities include the Verification Authority (VA) and Certification Authority (CA). The Plan includes the process for designating these authorities and the qualifications for authority candidates. It also provides for monitoring and oversight of active authorities and a process for transition when an authority position is transferred.
