Application Response Measurement (ARM) Issue 4.1 V1 - Java Binding

This document defines the Java Binding for Application Response Measurement (ARM) Issue 4.1 Version 1. ARM is a standard for measuring service levels of single-system and distributed applications. ARM measures the availability and performance of transactions, both visible to the users of the business application and those visible only within the IT infrastructure.
