COMPUTER ASSOCIATES offers free AIC SDK and AIC Gateway

Computer Associates International (CA) has announced the free offering of their AIC Software Development Kit (SDK) and the AIC Gateway. The AIC SDK is a full implementation of the Application Instrumentation and Control (AIC) Technical Standard, jointly developed by CA, J.P. Morgan and other leading industrial vendors.

The AIC Gateway allows applications to be integrated into the Unicenter TNG management infrastructure. IT staff and business owners can measure the application performance from inside, visualize the changes of application data through the Unicenter TNG Worldview interface and monitor events using the Unicenter TNG Enterprise Management Console.

The software can be downloaded at http://www.ca.com/solutions/enterprise/app_db/aic.htm, and supported by CA Technical Support. The AIC SDK is supported on Windows NT, Solaris and AIX, and the AIC Gateway is supported on Windows NT at this moment.
