What we do

Today, the ability to manage all the various resources which contribute to a complex service is a system management dream. The Enterprise Management Forum, a part of The Open Group, works to create a management environment which allows users to gain full control over their business processes through the development of:

• Open Systems Standards that deliver both visibility and control of the components and services that are deployed to implement business processes
• Test Suites and Certification Programs that deliver the assurance of conformance and interoperability

Built upon the strengths of existing products and technologies, the Forum endeavors to meet the evolving needs of an IT environment that grows ever more complex.
