CHANGEOVER POLICY
- Q. If a new release of an Open Group Test Suite
comes out, do I have to stop using the old release immediately?
- A. No, there is a six month overlap period
during which applications for product certification will be accepted,
based on either the new test suite release or the previous "still
valid" release.
- However, The Open Group Quality Manager
reserves the right on grounds of quality to insist on the use of the
new release (or a patch to the previous release). See http://www.opengroup.org/openbrand/PR/summary.html#4.3
