Help for New Users
Certification within The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA) Program
depends on your role as summarized below:

(a) You are an Individual seeking to become a Certified IT Architect through the direct certification route. |
- You can register yourself as a Certified IT Architect (individual Direct Certification)

(b)You are the Certification Program Manager for an organization with an Accredited Certification Program (ACP) within the The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA) Program |
- You can submit the Certification Records of your Certified IT Architects (indirect Certification)

Individuals
As noted above, you can enter the system
in order to register yourself for certification using
the direct route.
For this you simply need a valid username and password on the Certification Authority's web server.
For information on the steps necessary to become certified within the Web Certification
system please refer to the
Guide to Certification within the The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA) Program.
If you don't yet have an account, you may obtain one from the certification web site by selecting "Enter secure site" to enter the
secure web site (if you have not already done so), then selecting "New User" to create your username and password.
Once you have your username, from the secure web site, select "Login".
ACP Certification Program Managers
If you are the Certification Program Manager for an ACP
you can register IT Architects using the indirect route.
To registers batches of individuals on behalf of your organization, you must be registered
as the designated Authorized Signatory , Certification Program Manager
or Alternate Contact for that organization, and that
organization must first have been accredited by The Open Group.
