Distributed TP: The XCPI-C Specification, Version 2

This document defines the Common Programming Interface for Communications (CPI-C), which is an application programming interface (API) to a Communications Resource Manager (CRM). It provides a cross-system-consistent and easy-to-use programming interface for applications that require program-to-program communication. This document is intended for programmers who want to write applications that adhere to this definition, as well as for developers interested in implementing CPI Communications.
