RDA Mapping for TCP/IP

This document specifies SQL client/server interoperability in a TCP/IP environment. It endorses the ISO Remote Database Access (RDA) standards ISO/IEC 9579-1 and ISO/IEC9579-2, and specifies how to apply these standards to the TCP/IP environment. It applies to the RDA Basic application-context only. This document offers a simple solution to using RDA over TCP/IP, suitable for environments where the complexity of RFC 1006 is not desirable. This consortium specification was published on behalf of the SQL Access Group.
