Information Security Managers from Business and Government who are interested in hearing about the Jericho Forum, its de-perimeterization approach, its progress to date, and its future directions, were invited to attend.

The conference was attended by 105 members and delegates from a wide range of IT customer and vendor organizations. The customer representation included banking, insurance, financial services, building societies, telecoms, broadcasting, health, national government, local government, aerospace, airlines, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, postal services, and legal. Representatives from 12 vendors also attended.

Presentations

Richard Watts (Publishing Director, SC Magazine) and Ron Condon (Editor-in-Chief, SC Magazine) welcomed attendees to the conference.

Five leading members of the Jericho Forum then gave as series of presentations aimed at describing what the Jericho Forum is now - these presentations are available on the Jericho Forum public Web page as a single PDF file (98 slides in total, 1.96MB):

This set of presentations was followed by a Panel formed from the presenters and moderated by Ron Condon, answering and discussing questions from the floor.

Ron Condon thanked the Jericho Forum presenters for providing a very informative conference which had stimulated much thought, as was evidenced by the flow of interesting questions in the panel Q&A session.
