Ottawa Meeting Agenda July 17 18 19, 2017

 

INTRODUCTION

The Security Forum will have activities over a 3 day period with one full day of dedicated forum meeting: Monday there will be a plenary presentation by ÒProbability ManagementÓ on the Flaw of Averages: Why We Underestimate Risk in the Face of Uncertainty and how extensions were made to the Open FAIR Risk Analysis Tool (under development within the Security Forum) to extend the tools functionality. (see 10:30-12:15 plenary session). Tuesday the forum will have a full day meeting on the current set of active initiatives as well as future planning (see details below). On Wednesday, the Security Forum will meet in a joint session with multiple forums to participate in the Cybersecurity Coordination Project. There will be a later joint meeting in the day with the Architecture Forum to discuss the current progress on the Security Architecture Practitioners Project and any other potential issues or support the Architecture Forum may require going forward.
