Please note that hard copy publications are zero rated for Value Added Tax (VAT) in the EEC including the UK.
However, we do have to charge US State Taxes where the delivery address for the publications is in California or  Massachusetts.  Please add 7.25% to the purchase price if the publication is to be sent to an address in California or 5% to the purchase price of the publication is to be sent to an address in Massachusetts.  The state taxes do not apply to the postage and packing/shipping charges which are quoted for one set.
