SOA Service Identification with the IBM SOA-IF Domain Analysis Tool
The IBM SOA Integration Framework Domain Analysis tool (SOA-IF DA) was created and has evolved from strategic SOA customer engagements. It links business and IT by supporting strategic business architecture and the IT analysis of services. For example, it allows for the creation of business functional area maps and the identification of SOA services for the differentiating functional areas. DA is configured with a default underlying metamodel and development process that can be easily customized by organizations. This session describes the tool, provides a live demo, and shares experiences on using the tool for SOA analysis.
