Michael Williams has been in the virtualization arena fighting the fight for over seven years and has spoken at many industry conferences and has been used for various articles related to virtualization. Michael has in-depth familiarity with most virtualization products including VMware, Microsoft, Xen and Parallels. Michael is currently employed at HP and is an Information Systems Architect. He also holds the Open Group's Level II, IT Master Certified Architect certification.

It seems there is hardly a month that does not go by where some magazine runs an article describing the horrors surrounding virtualization and what to look out for with your IT shop. This session is to debunk many (all) of those myths as FUD and will present a series of best practices as learned from both HP Internal projects as well as for customers.
