Foreign Visitors / Travellers: All travellers other than Australian and New Zealand citizens need to present the following documents to officers in immigration clearance:

Transport
Transport to and from the venue
TAXI
A taxi is approximately AUD$50-60, and is a metered fare. This is based on a sedan taxi, larger taxis with 5 or more persons incur a 50% surcharge.
TRAIN
The closest train station to the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is Circular Quay which is a two minute walk from the Hotel. Trains from the airport run directly to this station and take about half an hour in total. Price is AUD$15.80 per person.
Shuttle buses are largely not recommended. They are AUD$14 per person, quite uncomfortable and take up to an hour to reach the hotel (twice as long as limo/taxi).
