If you do not meet the conditions for the Free DCE 1.2.2 release containing cryptographic code, then a fully exportable version of DCE may be found via anonymous FTP from ftp://ftp.opengroup.org/pub/dce122 . Using this URL, you will not be able to read or download the cryptographic overlay.

You will probably also find it easier to use a conventional FTP client rather than your browser to do the download.
