| Note: If a Motif Full Service Support Agreement is already in effect, you will have CTL 1.0 Software Support for the duration of that Agreement. If a Motif Technology Update Service Agreement is already in effect, and you select to upgrade to Motif Full Service Support for Motif 2.1 and CTL 1.0 support, a credit will be applied equivalent to that portion of the Motif Full Service fee attributable, on a pro rata basis, to the number of months remaining in such Motif Technology Update Service.
