The Open Group is developing extended versions of its UNIX test suite family to cover IEEE Std 1003.1-2001 and Version 3 of the
Single UNIX Specification.

The Open Group has introduced new and extended test suites for Single
UNIX® Specification, Version 2. These are now available
for licensing.

CORBA and VSOrb
CORBA, the OMG's Object Request Broker (ORB) specification is the
subject of another test development project (see the VSOrb
home page) that was launched at the start of 1997. The test suite
reached General Availability status on Jan 5 1998; the launch of
the brand is targeted for Q2 98.

Working with a number of partners in the European project called
OMI/DEPLOY, The Open Group is in the process of bringing a suitable
test technology to market.

Layer Development Test Suite 1.0
The Open Group has designed a test suite to enable WAP Client and
Gateway Servers to be more rigorously tested with extra Tests. This
Test Suite is for development purposes only. It is derived from
the WAP Forum Certification Test Suite and is designed to be used
for Development purposes only. It cannot be used for Certification
purposes.
