Support Requests may be submitted only by holders of a current Site Support License for the appropriate test suites. Support Requests should be submitted electronically using the online web support forms at URL http://www.opengroup.org/testing/support or alternately by email to the appropriate support mailbox. A set of templates for email support is available. Support Requests receive a response, generally within a working day, acknowledging initial receipt of the request. A follow-on message containing an initial analysis of the request and the expected path for addressing it is sent to the submitter, generally within 3 working days from receipt of the request, at most six working days.
