TOGAF 9 Certified Training
When you are a Business or IT Architect who considers or plans to exploit the architecture framework TOGAF in Enterprise Architecture Projects, this is the course that fits your interest. In a comprehensive way the course covers the different features of TOGAF9: its methodology (Architecture Development Method) and key concepts such as the Enterprise Continuum and the Content Framework. The TOGAF 9 training course provides you with the knowledge and insights you need to use TOGAF effectively in your enterprise architecture work and to pass the exam for acquiring your ‘TOGAF9 Certified’ certification.

This five day accredited training course uses a variety of active didactical forms to make you familiar with all the content of TOGAF9. To prepare you for the exam, which will take place on the last afternoon of the training course, you will be practicing exam questions every training day. This training course requires about four to eight hours of preparation and study before each training day.

This training course combines the ‘TOGAF9 Foundation’ and ‘TOGAF9 Certified’ content and exams. After passing the examination at the end of the course, you will be registered in the Open Group register as ‘TOGAF9 Certified’.

TOGAF 9 Upgrade Training
Are you a TOGAF8 Certified Practitioner and is your organization moving from TOGAF version 8 towards TOGAF version 9? Or do you have to apply different TOGAF versions at your customers? Then this practical training course will suit your need to acquire the ‘TOGAF9 Certified’ certification in a fast and flexible way. This 2 day training course will guide you through the TOGAF9 specification and will prepare you for the upgrade exam by letting you practice with exam-like questions. A voucher for the exam is included in the price for the training course.

At the end of this training course you have the knowledge and insight you need to use TOGAF9 effectively in your enterprise architecture work and to pass the TOGAF 8-9 Bridge exam.

The content of this training course is consistent with the Key Learning Points for the upgrade exam as prescribed by The Open Group. The training course focuses on the changes in the existing TOGAF8 components like the ADM and Enterprise Continuum and on new TOGAF9 components like the Architecture Content Framework and ADM Guidelines & Techniques.

This training course uses a variety of didactical forms to make you acquainted with the renewed content of TOGAF9. In order to prepare you for the exam you will answer practice exam questions.  This training course requires about four to eight hours of preparation and study before each training day.

TOGAF 8 Architecture Training
Although TOGAF9 is released, some companies that have invested in TOGAF8 choose to continue using this version. To accommodate the educational needs of these clients, Capgemini Academy continues to offer its four day TOGAF8 certification course.

This course, intended for IT architects, covers all relevant TOGAF8 topics and is concluded by a written exam, leading to 'TOGAF8 Certified Practitioner' certification.

The TOGAF Framework developed by the Open Group coexists with other frameworks such as IAF. All aspects of this framework are discussed during the four-day course. Differences as compared to other frameworks are also highlighted.

Other TOGAF courses
Besides the accredited courses described above, Capgemini Academy also offers TOGAF8 en 9 Overview courses for audiences other then architects that need to have a basic understanding of TOGAF, e.g. project managers, business managers, designers etc. These courses generally take one day and can be customized to meet company specific needs.
