Certification exam vouchers are provided to each student. These vouchers allow for testing at a nearby Prometric site after the course, or at a Prometric site near home. Students may choose from one of the following types of vouchers depending on their needs and preferences:

for Level 1 "Foundation" exam (details) and/or for Level 2 "Certified" exam (details) (separate vouchers allow for the L1 and L2 exam sittings to be on separate dates)
for the TOGAF 8 - TOGAF 9 Advanced Bridge exam (details)
for the Combined Level 1 and Level 2 exam (details) (allows both exams to be taken on the same date)
