Architecture Forum: Evolving the Strategy

Objective of Meeting
The main goal of the meeting was to discuss the Architecture Forum strategy, review the existing draft, and identify improvements and specific metrics for the objectives proposed in the document. The last part of the meeting was focused on mapping the current Forum activities against the objectives and to identify gaps that need to be closed through new activities.
Summary
The meeting started with a Chair presentation of the current work-in-progress for the Forum strategy. This was followed by a discussion about improvements to the strategy objectives and finding the right measures for them.
A quick review of the current working activities and their mapping against the objectives was then made. Finally, several ideas were shared in relation to new actions that need to start in the Forum to fulfil the strategy objectives.

Next Steps
- Update the strategy document with the input from the meeting
- Ask for feedback from the Forum members on the strategy document and deliver the final version
