The objective of the meeting was to decide upon next, focused steps to clarify and expand the Framework.

Next Steps
- Write a narrative description of the Plan Wheel, to be completed in full draft by end-of-year. ASAP, place outline on Plato and seek member comments.
- Continue developing the Framework, prepare presentations for actual/potential collaboration partners, and engage in all necessary discussions with stakeholders to confirm and/or revise to show proof-of-concept and model(s) validation.
