* General news 

The meeting scheduled for February 17th has been cancelled as
this is a public holiday in the USA.

The next meeting will be February 20th

Nick had circulated an interim draft of C2x to the core team (for
the purposes of standardization only).

Joerg reported that the gettext proposal was progressing and expected 
to be submitted in March.
