* General news 

The IEEE Audit Committee (AudCom) requires regular updates to IEEE Standards
Committee's Policies and Procedures (P&P) documents.  The IEEE PASC chair (Joe
Gwinn) and our IEEE liaison (Tom Thompson) have created a draft based on the
latest IEEE Standards Committee P&P template.  IEEE PASC Sponsor Executive
Committee (SEC) members have received a copy of the draft from Joe and have
been asked to provide comments in time for an approved draft to be sent to
IEEE AudCom by August 1, 2020.

A reminder that the Draft 1 review is now underway and runs until August 25 2020.
The draft can be obtained from the login page of the Austin Group
at: https://www.opengroup.org/austin/login.html .


* Outstanding actions
