Bug 1629: Shell vs. read(2) errors on the script https://austingroupbugs.net/view.php?id=1629 This bug is partially handled by changes made for bugid:367 which was resolved with an interpretation. That bug, however, does not specify what should happen if the shell gets an EIO error while reading the script to be executed after execution has started. The shell already requires an exit status of 1-125 in this case for a non-interactive shell, but I haven't found requirement for this case when running an interactive shell. We will continue with this item next time.
