* General news

We discussed draft planning, and tentatively agreed we will
submit a request to extend the PAR so as to cover the case
of us not making the cutoff date for the IEEE December approvals of 
October 16. Andrew will investigate this further in the
week commencing August 14.

noted otherwise or disposition is reject or duplicate.
