A reminder that the US has switched to daylight saving time. The meetings for the next three weeks will be one hour earlier for attendees in Europe. Draft 4.1 is ready to submit to IEEE RevCom and The Open Group Governing Board. After the meeting Andrew confirmed that this is now done.
