Draft Status

We are waiting for Lowell Johnson to confirm the balance
of the ballot group before the IEEE ballot can commence.
Draft 5 was produced this week. Andrew has also written
to IEEE to see if the PASC Vice-Chair could approve the
balance if we cannot reach Lowell.

We discussed ISO ballot status and the desire to try and
shorten the ISO approval cycle. Agreed that D6 will be
balloted at ISO . Expected to commence Mid November.
Andrew has action to contact Matt Deane at ANSI.

fscanf is listed twice - the second fscanf should be scanf
but the wide funcs suggested are not appropriate as this
would mix wide character streams with narrow

Andrew will update the rdvk reports (note that the filenames themselves
will change xshbug.txt-> xshbug2.txt to allow multiple
sets in a directory)
