Draft Status

Andrew has been having discussions with Matt Deane at ANSI about the
fastest way to get TC2 approved and published. This is still ongoing.

The IEEE ballot has commenced and closes on November 7.

to fail, historically it used to work. Don expects to file

sets in a directory)
