The study group met twice with the Austin Group during the
last six months (Sept 1998, and March 1999).

The group has developed the long scope, outline schedule,
draft document development procedures and generated editing
directions for production of a baseline draft 1. 

A PAR submission has been prepared for approval by the PASC
SEC at the meeting.
