The third meeting of the Austin Group is occuring on July 20th through July 22nd in Montreal, Canada.
The meeting is being hosted by the IEEE PASC committee.
REGISTRATION
If you are attending the Austin Group meeting only, select the one day registration fee ($125-). This is a special registration for Austin Group attendees. If you are also attending PASC meetings you will need to pay the regular registration fee.
Meeting Goals
The goal of this meeting is to review the baseline draft one Common Specifications. The bulk of the meeting will be spent doing issue resolution based on Aardvark comments submitted during the review period.
Meeting Preparation
Please bring electronic copies of the draft common specifications, these are available from this web site. Please also bring with you paper copies of the base documents for use as reference material at the meeting. Some of the materials will also be available in electronic form on a reference CD-ROM. Please familiarise yourself with the documents produced from earlier Austin Group meetings , these documents are available in the online document register.
Meeting Format
The meeting will consist of full time plenary sessions.
Meeting times
It is anticipated that the meeting will run from 9am until 5pm each day
Tuesday July 20th 9am -> 5pm (*)
Wednesday July 21st 9am -> 5pm (*)
Thursday July 22nd 9am -> 4pm
(*) Note: The meetings may run on into the evenings on the first two days.
