Status update
---------------

The topic of the call was to review the position paper being
developed on TR-19769 and New Character Types.

The paper was reviewed section by section and various 
updates agreed to the paper. At the end of the meeting Nick
took an action to update the paper.

Nick will later take the action to submit it to the next ISO C meeting.
