Interpretation response The standard does not speak to this issue, and as such no conformance distinction can be made between alternative implementations based on this. Notes to the Editor (not part of this interpretation): WG recommends that the actions proposed in the DESIRED ACTION section be taken. 0000260: pax list format reference to printf exceptions out of date Accepted This is editorial. 0000261: Unnecessary restrictions on pax stdin and stdout OPEN Geoff and Mark are on agreement for the proposal for STDIN, but there need to be some further discussions on the STDOUT case. It was agreed to leave this open for the next call. 0000262: sed with multiple -e options Future Enhancement It was agreed that this ought to be considered for a future enhancement. We reviewed other open bugs. It was agreed that Andrew should ping Donn Terry re: 226 awk grammar. We also ought to consider adding some notes for the open bugs that have been open for some time.
