We will run the ballot in the Austin Group and IEEE until August 15th, so as to allow time for the ISO ballot to complete. We will also at some point run a company review within The Open Group. Accompanying the TC1-2008 document is the second draft of the full merged specification. Mark took the action to add the product "Draft 5" to TC1-2008 to allow for bug reporting against the draft. This was updated to capture discussions to date on the call and left open. Similarly on page 2209 line 69563 change "the terminating null wide-character code" to "any terminating null wide-character code".
