- TC1-2008 development

Andrew reported that the ballots have now opened in IEEE and ISO
for draft 5 of TC1-2008.  We will run the ballot in the Austin Group
and IEEE until August 15th, so as to allow time for the ISO ballot
to complete. We will also at some point run a company review within
The Open Group. Accompanying the TC1-2008 document is the second
draft of the full merged specification.

Mark took the action to add the product "Draft 5" to TC1-2008 
to allow for bug reporting against the draft. (completed)

Bug 0000561: NUL-termination of sun_path in Unix sockets  OPEN

Discussions continued on the sun_path issue raised

Eric took an action to submit a Mantis bug (completed).
This was updated to capture discussions to date on the call and left open.

In addition to changes suggested, also change "the terminating NUL
character" to "any terminating NUL character" on page 2016 line
63886.

Similarly on page 2209 line 69563 change "the terminating null
wide-character code" to "any terminating null wide-character code".

----------

The next call is on May 10 and will continue processing defect reports.

This call will be for the regular 90 minutes.
