There were no comments received. The editors are now preparing for the recirculation at IEEE. Bug 974: several issues with awk's ARGC/ARGV OPEN http://austingroupbugs.net/view.php?id=974 The entire call was spent discussing bug 974 and draft changes were captured in the etherpad. A remaining issue is whether to reword the text that says arguments in ARGV[] can be "modified" as it is unclear whether this allows deletion. We will continue on this item on the next call.
