* General news 

We discussed issue 8 planning. Andrew took an action to contact the
IEEE liaison manager to find out when we need to act to stay within
process at IEEE.

Andrew reported he had supplied the JTC1 secretariat with a copy
of TC2 for ISO/IEC balloting.

We discussed the timeline for the C11 updates, it seems they are
planning a rollup bug fix release in 2017, with a full revision for
end of 2021.
