* General news 

Andrew reported that the PAR has been approved. The next steps are
the ballot group invitation and then preparing the draft.  We
discussed wording for the invitation. We also discussed changes to
the draft for the ballot. Geoff and Andrew took an action to circulate
proposed changes to the draft.

There was discussion around the ws_xpixel and ws_ypixel values and
how an application is supposed to know what to do with them.

Don took an action to add a note to the bug summarizing these concerns,
in the hope that we will get some input from other interested parties.

Geoff mentioned that he had spotted a problem related to the master
pseudo-terminal stuff in the tcsetsize() description, and will add
a note about that to the bug.
