Andrew had circulated a list of interpretations where he was not sure 
whether to start the final review.
We discussed these and decided to revisit 1038 during the meeting.
It was ok to progress 1039.
We decided to leave 1121 for now.

Bug 1077: Recommend support for wide-character regcomp and regexec and/or specify multi-byte behavior OPEN

Andrew has completed the action to ping his Apple contact and is
awaiting a reply.

Bug 1122: POSIX should include gettext() and friends  OPEN

Left open as an action is still in progress to flesh out a complete proposal.

Bug 1134: Add getentropy interface         OPEN

Action: Andrew to add boilerplate response regarding a proposal for
new interface, and also to ask The Open Group OR if they would
sponsor this addition.
Both Actions now Completed.

Bug 1038: Specification relies upon unspecified behaviour     Accepted as Marked

This item was revisited  as it is a pending interpretation that had
a later note.  We revised note 3616 and agreed it was ok to progress
the interpretation.

Bug 1138: Add strsignal(), sig2str() and str2sig() to the standard. OPEN

This was discussed. We have asked the Open Group OR to see if The
Open Group would sponsor adding sig2str() and str2sig() to a future
revision of the standard.

Bug 1139: require RE \] to match ] when outside bracket expressions OPEN

Geoff took an action item to come up with specific editing instructions.

Bug 1140: must the encoded output end with a zero-length line? OPEN
